This little pocketbook published by Bloomsbury Publishing is not exactly a step-by-step survival guide on office politics, but it does make a good 101 course on explaining what office politics is and is a handy refresher for workers at different stages of their lives.
It starts off with a little quiz on how aware one is of office politics, followed by key points and reference lists, all of which can be helpful in recognizing what office politics is, but in reality, office politics can present itself in the most bizzare of situations which no guidebook can adequately prepare a person for.
Still, this is a handy book to keep on hand on frequent references.
