Chanced upon a Cafe-Deli-Bakery-Grocer-Cooking Studio place where the Cafe part was pretty crowded on a weekday lunch.
Ordered a steak sandwich which was described as 'grass-fed ribeye with smoked cheddar, caramelised onion, truffle aioli and rocket in country bread'.
I was asked how I wanted my steak and I remember saying I wanted it medium rare to medium.
What came was well-done steak with a slice of cheddar cheese that wasn't melted sufficiently such that it was a little rubbery. The country bread was also perhaps toasted a little too long that it was too dry and hard for my liking.
I couldn't taste the truffle aioli, and the rocket came plenty, and that sorta made up slightly for what wasn't a satisfactory lunch.
