"Elevated" Nasi Lemak [お弁当]

I wonder if this might be considered an "elevated" nasi lemak.

Instead of fluffy white long grain rice, the rice was dyed with pea flower.  The rice was cooked okay, but I was hoping there could be a stronger fragrance of coconut milk from the rice.  The achar was thankfully not spicy, but I've eaten crunchier achar which I'd prefer.

Instead of the usual fried chicken wing or a small fried fish, this came with chicken that was cooked in a semi sweet-spicy sauce.  Beneath the dollop of sweet sambal was a serving of very fried (and dehydrated) peanuts and ikan bilis, which I had to take great care in eating in case the inside of my mouth got poked by the sharp edges of the ikan bilis.

There was also a serving of fried fish skin coated with salted egg yolk powder.  Why this was included I have no idea.  I'm not a great fan of anything coated with salted egg yolk, and again had to take great care in eating the fried fish skin, hoping that the sharp edges not poke the inside of my mouth causing ulcers.  And no.  salted egg yolk powder doesn't count for egg in my opinion, so this nasi lemak is missing the important telur.
