I have no idea why this mealbox is named Dancing Salsa Cajun Dory. Was it meant to refer to the cajun style of cooking or cajun-based seasonings for the dory? I have no idea what I tasted on the dory fish, however was just thankful the fish wasn't spiced.
Sitting above a bed of rice were roasted vegetables and mushrooms. The roasted vegetables were okay, simply because I enjoy eating yellow squashes. The mushrooms however were probably tossed in vinegar? I don't enjoy sourish mushrooms hence didn't finish them. Neither did I finish the rice. I've had much better cooked and tasting rice from lower end eating places where the cooks obviously took pride in serving up well cooked and good tasting taste that remained good to eat even when not piping hot.
